In 04,08,1956 doctor H.W.Lovebell successfully interfaced the human brain with a neural probe to the computer in order to create data bank that is invulnerable to the EMP. After 6 months of development the project was considered eligible for government funding and was transferred to Edwards Air Force Base. Doctor Lovebell was provided 27 live brains from death row inmates and 17 workers were assigned under his authority from within the facility. By the 21,04,1959 the working prototype was created with memory capacity of 274 Terabytes after successfully wiping all the previous data from the brains that may cause unnecessary interference. Essential classified documents started to be uploaded to the NIBMN in 01,05,1959.
1st Incident:
In 29,06,1962 one of the brains started to operate uncontrollably, the data was copied from the brain to the other brains and Doctor Lovebell started to investigate the probable cause of the incident, in order to thoroughly investigate the cause the malfunctioning brain was isolated from the bank.
2nd Incident:
In 07,07,1962 NIBMN hacked out of the closed network and started to upload all the sensitive data to the public on it's own, cause unknown. The breach was terminated in 10 minutes and unofficial copies of data deleted. After the termination the brains ceased to operate and died. In 08,07,1962 the project was terminated and all the involving personnel sterilized and buried in undisclosed location in Nevada state.
